Sailing doc
Sarah approached her house doctor with a medical problem: "Doctor, James is snoring very loudly every night, and I am not getting any sleep! Isn't there anything you can do to help him stop snoring?"
"Well, there is an operation I can perform that will cure your husband, Sarah" said the doctor, "but it is really rather expensive. It will cost you a R30 000 lump sum payment and monthly payments of R3000 for 36 months, plus payments for unforseen extras, of course."
"My goodness, Doc!" the woman exclaimed, "it sounds like I'd be buying a yacht!"
"Humm," the doctor murmured, "too obvious, huh?"
