Your username*Your username is how you will be known aboard Yachtless.com. Pick something you like and feel comfortable with. You don't have to use your real name. Your username must be longer than 4 characters and may only contain alphanumeric characters and the underscore (_) character.
Your motto*This is a "tooltip" which will appear if someone's mouse cursor lingers over your member link. You can choose something serious or fun (you can change it whenever you like). Your motto must be less than 75 characters long (including spaces).
PasswordYour password is your ticket to come aboard. Without it, you will not be able to access the website as a member. Choose something you can remember, but which would be hard to guess. Your password must be longer than 5 characters.
Question*This is the question you will have to answer if you forget your login information. Choose something constant from your everyday life. "What is your mom's name?", is much more secure than, "What is 2 + 2 ?" But we'll leave this up to you...
Answer*The answer to the question above.
Email address*We need a valid email address in case you forget your login information. The captain will not send you spam (read the terms & conditions). In fact, your email will not be displayed in the Yachtless.com pages. But you do agree to receive important emails from the website admin. You can change your email address at any time.
Your gendermale femaleYour member page uses gender specific words to generate some automatic text. That is all this information is used for. There is no gender discrimination aboard Yachtless.com.
Author category*You are regitering as an author for this category. Please select the category that best relates to your specific sailing interests.
Author location*You are also registering as an author for this location. Please select a location you are familiar with, such as your home state or province.
NameYour real name. This will only be visible to you and the website admin.
SurnameYour real surname. This will only be visible to you and the website admin.
Avatar addressYour avatar is like your face aboard Yachtless.com. You can upload a picture that says something about you to an image host like Imageshack. Your avatar should be 80 x 80 pixels in size. If you leave this field blank, Yachtless.com will generate a custom avatar for you.
Term descriptionThis description will accompany every article you post. Choose something you want everyone to know about you.
Term contentThis is where you can include all the other information you want to share about yourself, which will not "work" in your description. It will only be displayed in your member page.

Website addressThe address for your favourite website.
Website titleThe title for your favourite website. A descriptive title such as Sailing like crazy will have more value for search engine optimisation (SEO) than something like www.yachtless.com.
Website tooltipThe tooltip for your favourite website. The tooltip will be displayed if someone's mouse lingers over the link.
